Generous basic salary which is reviewed annually. London based posts attract a London weighting premium.
25 days per year, increasing by one day annually (based on completed annual leave years) to a maximum of 30 days per annum in addition to Public Holidays.
The Company aims to reward staff with a non contractual bonus annually in June. The payment of bonus depends on the performance of the company in the previous financial year. If profits are available for bonus payment the amount that individual staff members receive is linked to their work performance.
We will provide access to NFA Group Personal Pension Scheme following completion of 3 months’ service, details of which can be obtained from Human Resources. The Employer will contribute 1% of basic annual salary on a match funded basis to the pension scheme each month.
Child Care Vouchers
This scheme is in conjunction with Edenred where employees can enrol in the Child Care Voucher scheme. This is a salary sacrifice and provides a saving on tax. Further details can be obtained from Human Resources.

Employment Offers and Probation
Offers of employment to successful candidates are made subject to the receipt of satisfactory references and other checks, including an enhanced DBS check. A start date cannot be agreed or confirmed until all checks are complete. Contracts are offered subject to the satisfactory completion of a six month probation period.
Throughout this time, which coincides with the initial induction training period, there is extensive training and support, together with planned probationary reviews.
All employees are required to attend an Induction Programme at our Head Office in Uxbridge. You will meet various Directors of the business and the CEO who will talk in more detail about the vision mission and values of the Company. All social work and support work staff for the NFA are required to stay for day two which includes through training of our in house IT systems.
All permanent employees participate in an annual performance appraisal.
